All listed service prices reflect starting rates. Final pricing may vary by stylist, depending on their experience, demand, and the time and products required for the service. Additional factors such as hair length and condition can also affect the cost. A detailed in-person consultation is recommended for an accurate quote.

Extension services are available by appointment. Please call to schedule a consultation with one of our experts for pricing, color matching, and custom color options.

cANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that schedules can change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we have the opportunity to offer the spot to another client.

Please cancel or reschedule by calling us directly or using the Square app. Kindly note that we do not accept cancellations via social media.

If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling an appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services will be applied to your next visit.

If you miss your appointment without any notice, it will be considered a No-Show, and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent other guests from being accommodated and result in a loss of income for your stylist. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

LATE ARRIVALS

Arriving late may result in adjusted services based on the time remaining for your appointment. In some cases, you or your stylist may decide to reschedule. Our goal is to provide the best experience for you and all of our guests. We appreciate your business, cooperation, and understanding of our policies.
