Hairwaves Salon – Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services
Hairwaves Salon offers a full range of beauty and wellness services, including:
* Hair Services: Cuts, coloring, styling, treatments, and texture services
* Lash Services: Lash lifts, tints, and extensions
* Makeup Services: Professional makeup application for events, weddings, and photoshoots
* Massage Therapy: Relaxation and therapeutic massage sessions (by licensed professionals)
All services are provided by trained and certified professionals, following Georgia state licensing requirements.
2. Appointments & Booking
Appointments can be made by phone, in person, or through our online booking platform. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability for your preferred service and provider.
3. Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen. However, arriving late may reduce the time available for your service. In such cases, your service may need to be modified to fit the remaining time or rescheduled based on availability.
To maintain our schedule and provide quality service for all clients, we appreciate your punctuality.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
* No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact other guests and your service provider’s time. Thank you for honoring our policy.
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule, please call the salon directly or use our Square booking app.
Please do not use social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for appointment changes.
6. Refunds & Adjustments
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us directly.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Hairwaves Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who is disrespectful, disruptive, under the influence, or does not comply with salon policies. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for all clients and staff.
8. Client Safety & Responsibility
Please inform your service provider of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service. Hairwaves Salon is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.
9. Photography & Media Use
With your permission, we may take photographs or videos during or after your service to share on social media or our website. You may request not to be photographed at any time.
10. Personal Belongings
Hairwaves Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you during your visit.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. By booking an appointment with Hairwaves Salon, you agree to comply with the terms outlined above.
